Adam Carroll, PhD

Adam specializes in residential, B&B, commercial, and land properties in the Texas Hill Country. Licensed since 2020, Adam combines his local knowledge of Fredericksburg and professional expertise to ensure a seamless and enjoyable real estate experience for his clients.

A Fredericksburg native, Adam graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Spanish and an MBA, later building a career in advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy development with Jones Lang LaSalle and Accenture. Adam went on to graduate with a PhD in Business Management from The University of the Incarnate Word and continues to enhance his skill set, making him uniquely qualified to represent buyers and sellers alike.

 

Mimi Bartel, Broker Associate

Prior to retiring and returning home to the Texas Hill Country, Mimi spent 20 years as an educator and administrator in higher education at Houston Community College within the Texas Medical Center. With extensive knowledge of Fredericksburg and the surrounding Hill Country, Mimi strives to make every purchase or sale enjoyable, stress-free, and easy to understand.

Jeri Atkins, Marketing

Jeri’s real estate journey started back in 2010 when she worked for a local title insurance company as a Title Examiner/Abstractor. Later on, after getting her real estate license she worked as a personal assistant to another agent in town where she took on marketing and learned real estate photography. As our Marketing Director, Jeri manages our website and social media; she is also our in-house photographer and videographer! This year we are working on adding educational videos to our marketing which Jeri oversees as well.
